Apple seeds iOS 5 “gold master”

Apple has just released the so called “gold master” edition of iOS 5 beta. This means that this is almost the latest testing version of iOS 5 before it gets released to the public. Please update your iTunes version to latest 10.1.2

Sync your device and make a backup of all your data on the iPhone.

Download the latest iOS firmware version 4.2.1 and save it in a folder on your computer.

Download Sn0wBreeze 4.2.1 and start it up on your PC.

Please install .Net framework on your computer. You can download it from the Microsoft website.

When Sn0wBreeze starts click on the “Expert Mode” option.

Point to the 4.2.1 IPSW file you have previously downloaded
