How to jailbreak and unlock iPhone on iOS 4.3

As we wrote previously the famous iPhone hacker iH8sn0w has announced the upgraded beta 4 version of his jailbreak tool Sn0wBreeze 2.3 which can jailbreak various iOs devices including: iPhone 4 (AT&T) and 3GS, iPod Touch and the original iPad which are running the iOS 4.3 version. If you care about the iPhone unlock with the UltraSn0w tool you will be glad to hear that Sn0wbreeze will preserve your baseband (unlike other jailbreaks like RedSn0w) so you will be still able to unlock your iPhone.

One downside of Sn0wBreezeis that is still a tethered jailbreak which means you have to boot it up with the help of your computer whenever you restart your iPhone. You can boot up your iPhone with iBooty tool.

iPhone Jailbreak with Sn0wbreeze and carrier unlock with UltraSnow

Here are steps involved:

1. Download Sn0wbreeze 2.3 b4 and jailbreak your iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS on firmware 4.3

2. To jailbreak please follow the guide where we have described what you will to do exactly

3. When you have successfully jailbroken your iPhone,proceed with the carrier unlock. For this you will need the Ultrasn0w unlock which can be found within Cydia. Tap Cydia and choose “Manage”. After this go to Sources > Edit > Add and in the address bar add this:

http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com

Please type carefully, if you change only one letter it wont work for you!

4. Now just tap Add Source.

Now you can do a search in Cydia for Ultrasn0w in the search bar. When Cydia finds it jut tap on it and choose to install Ultrasn0w.

Now you have downloaded and installed the unlock. Please reboot your iPhone and you have unlocked your iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.3.
