One of the most popular games on iOS devices, Plants vs Zombies, has just received a new upgrade. This upgrade adds some new gaming modes, mini games and other features to this popular game. This third game shooter, hailed as one of the best in the genre, is now available for iPad and iPhone users in US App Store. The background story is this: you play the role of Max Payne, who is a ex undercover cop charged for a murder he didn’t do. He is hunted by both the bad gys and by the police. He is in a hard position, fighting against all odds to survive. It is a fast paced game, based on a interesting story about a individual which is pushed to the edge, doing his best to prove his innocence and discover th truth behind the plot against him. He has to find his way through different ambushes and untangle the net of complicated lies and half lies planted against him.

Rovio to launch a new version of Angry Birds for iOS

If you are member of the large army of Angry Birds players, you’ll be happy to hear about the new edition of the game. This time Angry Birds will fight their arch enemies, the evil Pigs in the space. Interestingly as it is played in space, it will closely follow the psychical realities of space – no gravity, an so on. It seems that somebody in Apple is recently feeling quite generously. Microsoft has being really busy last couple of weeks, as they released a number of various app’s for iOS. Now they venture even further into the iOS world: they want to work their way into the iPhone and iPad gaming world.  Kinectimals is a game meant to be played by children primarily and is about interaction with animals in the virtual world. It was first released for Microsoft’s own Xbox console which successfully used the famous Kinect gaming system.

New Zombie themed game now in app store: ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies’

Activision, the company which is best known by their Call of Duty games, has released a sequel to their previous game ‘ Call of Duty: Zombies’. The new iOS version of this game looks almost the same as on other gaming platforms like PC and gaming consoles.

The game itself has a number of same or simlar looking levels with the difference that you can customize the game in larger extent. This project has already gathered four time more support than necessary.  “Zombies, Run” is basically an adventure game where you need to participate physically if you want to enjoy the game. While Shadowgun isn’t a particularly original game it sure offers a lot of fun to iPhone and iPad gamers which are inclined to this genre. Developers of this game have already proven themselves within this genre with a game called Samurai 2: The Vengence.
