Jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 launched!

Jailbreak solution for Apple’s A5 devices is finally made available for the public. It was developed through collaboration of best iOS jailbreak developers today, meaning members of the famous iPhone Dev Team, Chronic Dev Team and some other individuals. The developer which has initially discovered the jailbreak exploit is of course @pod2g.

According to @Posixninja this was one of the most complex jailbreak hacks so far. It took many hours of work by those dedicated developers to find a crack in Apple’s latest iOS version. Some of the developers have being working on the task, believe it or not, all the way since Apple released A5 devices for the first time. After developers understood the share complexity of the jailbreak, they soon have understood that a tight collaboration will be necessary. Therefore we have seen one of the most coordinated jailbreak development in the history of iOS jailbreaking.

This is certainly a new way for jailbreaking as we never saw something similar so far. And we are sure Apple will give its best to counteract this development. Will this jailbreak “dream team” be able to jailbreak future versions of Apple’s mobile operative system? We think we’ll soon have a chance to see if this is so.
