iPhone 4S and iPad 2 jailbreak soon to be released
If you are like most of our readers, you have probably already jailbroken and unlocked your iPhone or iPad. And if you have upgraded your A4 based iPhone or iPad to iOS 5.0.1 you are probably already using untethered jailbreak which was developed and released by Pod2g via latest RedSn0w or Corona Cydia package. But so far if you own iPhone 4S or iPad 2 you couldn’t jailbreak your device at all. Now we have a good news for you: jailbreak for those devices will probably become available in short time, courtesy of Pod2g!
Pod2g has just released a Twitter message where he publicly announced that a major step forward has being made, and with some aditional luck, the untethered jailbreak could be ready for use next week already! We think this is great news! Now iPhone 4S and iPad 2 users wont be left behind when it comes to jailbreaking and unlocking. Jailbreak app developers will have a lot of catching up to do as all those fabulous jailbreak apps and tweaks need to be updated to support these new Apple iOS devices!
To improve your chances to get this jailbreak solution, you should upgrade your device to iOS 5.0.1 as soon as possible, before Apple closes down the opportunity for the untethered jailbreak. Stay tuned to our blog and we will inform you on any new development regarding this new jailbreak, and other interesting stuff from the realm of iOS jailbreaking.
