Verizon sold more than 4.2 million iPhone contracts

More than 4.2 milion users decided for Verizon CDMA network as their choice, during the last quarter 2011. The rising demand for Verizon iPhone offer. clearly shows that Verizon is successfully attracting both new and old iOS users, onto their nation wide carrier network. Interestingly, it took them only a relatively short time to attract exceptionally high number of iPhone users.

During the third quarter of the last year,more than 2 million users decided to take an Verizon iPhone with a contract, which is a number only slighlty behind AT&T’s 2.7 million iPhone users in the same period. To remind you, AT&T is much longer in the iPhone business, as they have offered Apple’s smartphones all the way since it was launched for the first time, back in 2007.

This will probably have a large positive effect on profits made by Cupertino California company, and it will mark another quarter with the highest revenues so far.
