Qualcomm to release development kit for augmented reality apps

If you are a developer or thinking about becoming one you will be glad to read this. Very soon iOS developers will be able to use new development tools from Qualcomm for creating AR (augmented reality ) iPhone apps. Qualcomm will offer this free tool a full year after the company had released the same option for Android phones. This means that with this release, iOS developers will be able to use the same development kit. This should give good incentive for better and improved AR apps for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

iPhone 5 CDMA and GSM version to be launched on the same day

Verizon has announced that the iPhone 5 is planned to be a dual technology and it will work for both GSM and CDMA networks and that Verizon iPhone 5 will be launched at the same day as AT&T version of iPhone 5.
