Perform actions on you iPhone or iPad with previously recorded touch gestures

If you are a frequent visitor on our blog you will probably know enough about virtues of iPhone jailbreaking. One of the best things which come through jailbreaking is a large number of different apps and tweaks which are available through Cydia app store. There are some tweaks which can significantly increase the productivity and usability of your iOS devices and then there are some of them which are nothing more than sheer fun. Gesturizer is an app which could be considered to belong to the group of useful apps. It s made by iOS developer Conrad Kramer, and it attempts to make best use of iOS multitouch gestures.

Gesturizer is an app which will enable you to start any iOS app by using predefined multitouch gestures. Of course every user can create his own gestures for starting respective apps. As most of us have increasingly large number of apps, the number of gestures you can create is not limited. When you download and install Gesturizer you wont get a new icon on your home screen and in order to customize the tweak you need to do it in your native iOS Settings app. After you record your preferred gestures you need only to fire up the app switcher and then you will able to start your apps by drawing gestures with your fingertips.

You can see the demo of the tweak bellow.

We think this is a great tweak to use. Especially for longtime iOS users with many apps. It is much faster to remember a few gestures for your frequently used apps than browse every time through your home screen. Do you agree with us?
