Apple to launch iOS upgrade on March 9 already?

Apple has recently released data on new profiles for different network carriers which apparently reveals the date of the new iOS upgrade. The released files include a hint of the date for releasing iOS 5.1.

According to this data some analysts predict that the upgrade will be available for all iOS devices including iPhone iPad and iPod Touch. The above mentioned profiles are supplied for iPhone operators in several countries including those in Greece, Japan, France, Sweden and others. These profiles will enable network connectivity after each device becomes updated to the new iOS version. The release of the next iOS could also be accompanied with the announcement of the iPad 3 which could be showcased next month already.
