Jailbreak tweaks for iPhone efficiency: DoubleAt
Here is a new jailbreak tweak for your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. This one is a really simple tweak, yet one that can help you in some situations. This tweak comes handy when you need to write down your email address in a text message email or some IM app. When you need to write it down instead of wasting precious time, just tap the @ sign on the keyboard two times and your email will appear in your text. Simple as that, but we think it is certainly useful for people who use their iPhone as their primary communication tool. To get this tool, you’ll need first to jailbreak your iOS device with Redsn0w, PwnageTools, JailbreakMe 3.0 or some other jailbreak which is available for your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. You can get Double At in Cydia App Store and it comes as a free download. Enjoy and do let us know if you think it is indeed a useful tool for you.

The first launch will certainly be held in US as it is traditionally the first market to receive new Apple products. Could the next iPhone be an improved iPhone 4 dubbed as iPhone 4S? Nobody knows for sure. There is even a slight possibility that Apple could release both iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 at the same time, but this isn’t expected really, given the history of Apple product launches, where they have squeezed every ounce of PR and media attention for every new product release.

You could use your old iPhone 2G in some parts of the world
Do not throw out that old iPhone! It could serve you very well at least in some nooks and cronies of the globe. OFCOM from UK has concluded after an research that old technology is better suited for rural parts of that country, especially when compared with top smartphones of today. How is that possible? Well it seems that 2G technology offers better voice connectivity for remote areas. This is probably an effect stemming from the fact that 25G technologies use simpler cellular radio which connects exclusively to 2G network. New iPhones and Android smartphones are always switching between the 2G and 3G network according to the need and this seems to make problems in areas with lower signal coverage.
