New clues indicate iPhone 4 S to be the next iPhone

Nobody knows what kind of iPhone will be released next week, but new and old rumors are spreading at a speed of light through the blogosphere. And this time here is another rumor claiming that the next Apple device will be basically an upgraded iPhone 4 and not a completely new iPhone 5 model. According to this particular rumor, iPhone 4 S was seen as a part of Apple’s inventory which could certainly be a proof that Apple is preparing to launch the upgraded iPhone 4 version.

What is peculiar with this rumor is that this leaked inventory item has been spotted by its Chinese label. The product designation has appeared previously and contains some informations which indeed look authentic. IMEI number which is visible on the image above is indicating that this device could work on both major network technologies: GSM (AT&T) and CDMA (Verizon). If you are a frequent visitor on our blog you will know that this is one of the more often occurring rumors: iPhone compatible with any network worldwide.

Still these are all only rumors and no firm proof has been revealed so far. If indeed Apple launches only an iPhone 4 S, this still doesn’t mean they wont launch iPhone 5 in the near future too. As we understand the current situation, both devices have a potentially huge market. We can only wait and see what will Apple’s new CEO Tim Cook and his team present next week.
