A new iPhone game: Anomaly War Zone Earth

Anomaly War Zone Earth is a new game coming from a group of Polish developers 11 Bit Studios. This project is an interesting tower defence based game.
The story goes like this: in the near future, year 2018 an asteroid hits planet earth. The place receiving this hit is Baghdad, Iraq. Soon it became obviously this was not an asteroid but an alien space ship. The aliens have built an giant dome which kept hidden their activities to outside view. Your task is to lead Earth’s defence forces in an attack aiming to breach into the aliens positions.
This game is basically a tower defence game with a twist – instead of defending the tower you are attacking it. You can control ground and air units and you must fight through strong alien resistance to save planet Earth.

Angry Birds Rio for iPhone and iPad

We are glad to announce that the famous iPhone game Angry Birds now has its sequel!

Angry Birds Rio is now available in the iTunes app store. The game became first available in New Zealand due to the time difference but it will be soon available worldwide and it will became availabe to every iPhone and iPad user worldwide!

What about the game? It sure hasn’t became a top game for iPhone for no reason. Now the Angry Birds come in whole new and exciting settings and guess what; the birds are even more angry now. And when the angry birds escape their enemies they start a rescue mission to help Jevwel and Blu, which are rare birds and future start of an soon to be released movie Rio.

iPad 2: international launch day on Friday

Since Apple had barely enough iPad 2 tablets to satisfy demand in US alone it shouldn’t come as a surprise if Apple decides to delay the international release of iPad 2.

But to our amazement and surprise, it appears that this will not be the case unlike the international release of the original iPad last year.

In fact Apple has made it well known that the iPad 2 will be available in 25 countries worldwide on this Friday. Other countries like Hong Kong and Singapore will have the new iOS device early next month.
Same as within US, iPad 2 will be available in Apple retail stores or if you prefer you can order your device online at Apple’s website.

Sn0Wbreeze 2.3 Beta 4 version, is the official jailbreak for iPhone on iOS 4.3 coming soon?

One of the main jailbreakers and jailbreaker developers widely known as @iH8sn0w has anounced the release of a new version of his Sn0wbreeze 2.3 tool for jailbreaking. This is the fourth beta version of Sn0wbreeze which will work for the new iOS firmware which is recently released, the iOS 4.3.

The jailbreak is meant to work on following devices: iPhone 4 (AT&T), iPhone 3GS, original iPad and iPod Touch. A great feature that this jailbreak has is that it will preserve your iPhones baseband. This is extremely important for all iPhone users wishing to unlock their device for use on other networks. So if you want to be able to use the UltraSn0w unlock you must preserve the baseband. DreamBoard, an alternative to Winterboard for jailbroken iPhone

iOS 4.3.1 coming in April?

We have heard rumors coming from Apple that the Cupertino, California giant is busily preparing the release of the iOS 4.3.1 upgrade. This is expected to be released in the first week of April. The reason for the upgrade among others are to patch up the jailbreak exploits especially the jailbreak for iPad 2 seems troublesome for Apple. They also want to upgrade the baseband for Apple 3GS and the original iPad as this seemed to be a good way to prevent the unlock for those devices.

iPhone 4 unlock for baseband 02.10.04 and 03.10.01

We have just heard that at last some solution is available fro unlockers with iPhone 4 who have upgraded to 02.10.04 and 03.10.01 baseband. The unlock solution comes in the form of Gevey sim unlock and admittedly it worked successfully on 02.10.04 baseband on an iPhone using the T Mobile network in US.

This app is basically a shell script and it will backup the user directories and create a compressed file of data on your iPhone or other Apple iOS device. This small app also supports uploading via FTP protocol so you can easily upload your data to some online storage space and you can later download it to your computer at your convenience.

iPad 2 sales survey: 70% of users are first time Apple byers

According to one of the financial analysts of Peper Jaffray ( a famous finance consultancy) Gene Muster who has together with his team surveyed more than 250 people which have purchased the new iPad 2 tablet, most of the devices available in stores In USA have being sold on Saturday already. After contacting most of the sales outlets they have find out that there are no more iPad 2 available for purchase. So it looks like Apple has already sold more than 500 000 iPads during the first weekend.
