iOS app for remote controled toy

Helo TC is a new remotely controlled helicopter which is driven by an iPhone app. Remotely controlled toys aren’t anything spectacular, but to control your toy, a helicopter in this case with your iPhone or iPad is something new and intriguing. One of the best things with this toy is its relatively small cost as it costts only $55.
Your kid will be able to play with it inside, and you wont need to worry about any dangers as it can only fly for 78 minutes and it doesn’t have any video recording capabilities.

Anti Malware app for iOS

Is the Apple world changing? Once upon a time it wasn’t possible at all to get a virus or some other kind of malware on your Apple device. But perhaps because of the fantastic growth of Apple devices during the last few years, things are slowly changing. Currently there is still no known software threat for iPhone iPod or iPad but this new app named VirusBarrier will scan all files you share in your networks. The main idea behind this malware scanning app is that the weakest link in our defences are mobile iOS devices which could be used as a vehicle for malware infections whenever we connect our devices with our work or home desktop computers. This is where VirusBarrier comes into play: it is created so it can detect and prevent malicious software from infecting our computers.

Google + submitted to App Store!

Google+ for iOS

Google + the latest Google product which should redeem Google’s position in social networking world now completely dominated by Facebook and Twitter has being submitted as an app to Apple’s App Store. This app is already available on the Google’s website as an web app and also in Android Market.

The news was announced by a member of Google’s team Erica Joy, who wrote this on her page. Surely this doesn’t come as a too big of surprise as the number of iPhone users in US is exceedingly high, but the pace at which Google wants to tap into the iOS market is surprising. If past experience is correct the approval process for Google + shouldn’t last longer than 10 to 15 days.

JailbreakMe soon to be updated?

JailbreakMe sticky note

After we wrote yesterday about temporary iPad 2 jailbreak release on JailbreakMer website, today the website changed an now you can see the message: “ We will be back soon! ” note which could perhaps indicate that the website is being updated and refitted possibly due to the upcoming release of the jailbreak for iPad 2.

Interestingly the same sticky note is usually being posted by Apple whenever they take Apple Store down when preparing for a new mayor update. To remind you, yesterday morning someone has published the jailbreak for a short time, and so far it is not clear was this just a mistake or someone purposefully tried to sabotage the new jailbreak, but the jailbreak was working and there were several confirmed successful iPad 2 jailbreaks.

iPad 2 jailbreak revealed for a moment?

Today morning a jailbreak for iPad 2 which was long awaited was apparently leaked by someone inside the jailbreak dev group. It seems that a real jailbreak solution, which was developed earlier by Comex, dubbed the JailbreakMe vs 3 was leaked to the Internet. With this jailbreak users only had to visit the JailbreakMe website with their Safari web browser and their device, iPad 2 in this case becomes jailbroken. The jailbreak was later been disabled, but a number of iPad 2 users have confirmed that the jailbreak was real and worked flawlessly. So there are a number of iPad 2 tablets with Cydia installed. JailbreakMe is based on the userland security hole.
