iOS 5 beta 3 secrets: a wireless keyboard for Apple TV?
It seems that iOS 5 b3 for Apple TV has some interesting options available. As some of you perhaps know Apple TV has an so far not activated bluetooth capable chip inside its system. Perhaps this bluetooth chip is intended to be used as a venue for connecting a wireless keyboard into your device? It seems that this bluetooth option is available in the Settings, making it possible to pair up a keyboard with your Apple TV.
What does this mean for owners of Apple TV? Could it be that we will soon see Safari browser appearing with your device? It could even become more interesting if you apply some out of the box style of thinking. Could we soon see some kind of game controllers for Apple TV? This would require the ability for installing apps on your device.
Many analysts predicted that apps will be part of development for Apple TV in the future. Perhaps the time is not ripe yet, but it shouldn’t take to long before we see some new developments in this area. Especially since it is rumored that the new model of Apple TV will come with 1080 playback capabilities and a new, improved dual core A 5 processor. While keeping in mind this, we think Apple TV could go in a interesting direction. Of course at this time it is only a speculation and everything is based on a feature of beta version of iOS and as such perhaps too far fetched at this time, but still wouldn’t you just love to see an improved Apple TV, especially if we can jailbreak it as soon as it becomes available?
