iPad 3 image leaked for the first time
We have just seen the image of the next iPad model, which should apparently feature a high quality 8 megapixel camera, among other improvements. This image has been posted on a Chinese Apple portal, even before the device was official announced. This is the first image made available to the public, but according to the image, it is really in line with what was predicted by many analysts in earlier rumors about the device.
Rumors from Foxconn: iPhone 5 production soon to roll out!
Rumors coming from Apples manufacturing partner in China, Foxconn have confirmed: production line for iPhone 5 is almost ready to start. A number of different iPhone 5 models have already began appearing, with models slightly differing from each other, and in small details only.
From what we have seen so far, here are some features common to all seen models:
1. Larger LG made screens.
2. The design is not what it was predicted: eg. no signs of the so called teardrop design. All device have the same thickness.
3. The device looks different than iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.
Apple to announce launch of iPad 3
According to latest Apple rumors, which are originating in Japan this time, Apple could be closer to then announcement of the next iPad 3 than anybody expected. As you probably know, Tim Cook and his team, are preparing for a large media event, which interestingly falls almost at the same date as the first anniversary of iPad 2. Many analysts and iOS developers expect that this will be the time and place for Apple launching not only iPad 3 but also the next mayor iOS version 5.1.
Apple patents 3D user interface for mobile devices
According to latest news from the planet Apple, Cupertino California based company is busy working on some new, breakthrough technologies in the realm of mobile device computing. This time, engineers and designers in Tim Cook’s team are tinkering on a new interface system based on proximity sensors, which will react to gestures. The patent submission which was recently published showcases three dimensional display environment using orientation data which is detected by hardware sensors. This way, a perspective view is being shown on display to users without them actually touching the device screen.
iPhone 5,completely different according to analysts
One more prediction is circling among Apple fans: Apple’s next iPhone, iPhone 5 will be a completely redesigned device. According to analyst Shaw Wu of “Sterne Agee”, iPhone 5 will be more important for Apple than iPad 3 tablet, and much more important than Apples secretive iTV project. iPhone is the most important Apple product and their main source of revenue. Apple’s profit from iPhone can also grow rapidly in the near future, with a total addressable market as high as 1.5 billion smartphones annually.
New iPad 3 leaks, images of Retina Display appear online
We have just seen some images claiming to represent the iPad 3 Retina Display for Apple’s next tablet. This images have been posted on some South Korean Apple related forums. The upper part of the photo shows a iPad 2 display, while the lower part shows a photo of the supposed next Retina Display for iPad 3. As suggested by some analysts, this image shows among other things three cables which are probably data cables. Apple’s next iPad model will probably have a superb 2048×1536 resolution, which is four time better than what is now available with iPad 2, which explains easily why so many data cables are needed.
Apple working on two new different iPad tablets?
After different rumors on a possible new 7.85” iPad tablet, we now heard another rumor mentioning at least two new models, coming with larger screens of 9.7” which will have QXGA graphic resolution and a unique light bar design. According to this rumor, which isn’t convincing in our opinion, these iPad models could be announced on 26 January already, at Apple’s annual iWorld event. Some analysts claim Apple’s strategy is based on forking out their tablet products to cover wide range of users. Essentially, Apple wants to announce different tablets which should cover entry, middle and high end market segments.
iPad 3 coming soon!
Despite iPhone 4S becoming a huge success for Apple, Tim Cook and his team aren’t passively enjoying in their success. Instead they are working towards a new product which will again rise the line and expectations of tablet users. We find it amuzing that Amazon is happy with their new Kindle Fire tablet, but we are somehow sure that iPad 3 with a new Retina display will be much more tempting for tablet users around the world.
Apple porting Siri voice assistant to iPhone 4?
We have heard recently some rumors and reports about Apple’s intentions to add Siri to iPhone 4. Since Apple is recently busilly working on iOS 5.0.1 to solve battery life issues they apparently also want to include in this upgrade Siri to become comaptible with iPhone 4. A source close to Cupertino Company revealed that Apple’s engineers are testing Siri in their other iPhone models. Model which will most probably receive Siri upgrade will be iPhone 4 which has enough hardware capacities for supporting Siri. But we wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out that Apple is also testing other iPhone models. Could this mean that Apple is working on another iOS upgrade?
Apple to launch two new tablets in 2012?
New rumors are spreading about Apple’s plans for their tablet devices in 2012. According to some unnamed sources in consumer electronics supply chain, Apple plans to launch two versions of the iPad tablet.
This reminds us somewhat on the strategy Apple took with iPhone. First there was iPhone 4 and then it was followed with iPhone 4S. Now according to aforementioned rumors Apple will first launch iPad 2S. iPad 2S should be an updated version of the currently available iPad 2 tablet. It should feature slightly better hardware including faster processors and better batteries. This device should be available in March of 2012.
