How to save a image on your iPhone
We often forgot that iPhone is much more than just a phone. It is an enormously powerful multimedia device. And while most of its functions are quite intuitive often some small advice can go a long way in improving the usability of your device. So in this spirit I would like to share with you how to do some basic stuff with your iPhone.
Often while surfing or sending emails to friends or colleagues you will want to capture some nice and usefull picture from the web but you didnt know how exactly can you do it on your iPhone. On your desktop PC this is quite easy, you just have to right click on the chosen picture and click Save As. In the iPhone world the process is somewhat different.
Here are the steps you need to complete. Tap Safari browser and go to the website where the picture is located. Now simply just touch the picture and keep the touch for a few moments until the “Save image” option appears on the screen. You will also see the “Copy” option which is also a useful feature for copying and pasting images. Your image is now saved. To find the picture Tap Photos and go to Camera Roll.
If you want to email this image to a friend , tap the picture so the options become visible. Tap the control on the left and just choose Email Photo. Add email recipient and other details and send the picture in the email. Simple and easy.
