Yes, I did. I have been a member on their site since last year and those guys have been unlocking my iphone several times since then. Few days I just received their new hardware unlock for my iphone 4, free of charge since I am already a member
The cool thing about this unlock is that you don’t have to jailbreak your iphone in order to carrier unlock
