iOS gaming by Microsoft: “Kinectimals”

Kinectimals for iOS

Microsoft has being really busy last couple of weeks, as they released a number of various app’s for iOS. Now they venture even further into the iOS world: they want to work their way into the iPhone and iPad gaming world.  Kinectimals is a game meant to be played by children primarily and is about interaction with animals in the virtual world. It was first released for Microsoft’s own Xbox console which successfully used the famous Kinect gaming system.

iPad and iPhone users will now have the chance to visit the virtual world named Lemuria, where they will be able to play and take care of their own tiger cubs. With this app, your kid will be able to take their pet wherever they go. Besides being a novel game on iOS, it marks another turning point for Microsoft, as they are obviously aggressively pushing their way into area once dominated solely by Apple. Microsoft is obviously trying to work in the same way Apple does so successfully, as they try to connect their whole ecosystem, including desktop computing with Windows OS, Xbox gaming consoles, app’s, and especially Windows Phone OS for smartphones and tablets.

We are sure users will enjoy this new app’s coming from Microsoft, especially since this app can be connected with the same app for Kinect, because if you have the game on your iPhone, you will also get access to five new pets on your Xbox as well! If you decide you want to give this game a try, you can get it right now from Apple’s ap store for only $2.99. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Let us know did you like Kinectimals for iOS!
